Aviation and Travel Logistics (ATL) Ltd has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Oman Airports to explore strategic cooperation in aviation development and related infrastructure.
The agreement, signed on April 11 in Kigali, outlines collaboration in key areas including airport city development, cargo and aviation infrastructure, logistics services, human capital development, and feasibility studies for future aviation projects.

ATL is a government-owned holding company established in 2015 to manage aviation-related activities, including travel, logistics, ground handling, freight and cargo services, as well as charter operations.
Under the partnership, the two entities aim to strengthen aviation systems, improve connectivity, and enhance logistics capacity through shared expertise, consultancy services, and joint planning.

Oman Airports, which manages and operates civil airports in the Sultanate of Oman, provides integrated airport services including terminal operations, cargo handling, runways, aprons, and other critical infrastructure.
The agreement comes amid ongoing efforts by Rwanda and Oman to deepen bilateral cooperation in aviation, logistics, ICT, and infrastructure development.
