Rwandan star Bruce Melodie is set to perform at the upcoming African music celebration, Afro Legacy 2026, scheduled for Saturday, March 7, in Brussels, Belgium.

The "Pom Pom” hitmaker will share the stage with Ugandan singer and songwriter Sheebah Karungi for what promises to be an electrifying night of music.

The concert, taking place on the eve of International Women’s Day (March 8), aims to celebrate African music and culture while honouring women’s achievements and the ongoing fight for equality.

The show will be hosted at Birmingham Palace in Brussels, where the duo is expected to entertain fans from Belgium and neighbouring European countries.

"Brussels... come on the 7th (March). Let’s celebrate,” Bruce Melodie posted on his social media platforms upon arriving in the city on Tuesday, March 3.

Widely regarded as one of Rwanda’s most influential male artistes, Bruce Melodie continues to dominate the East African music scene with a strong stage presence and a rich catalogue of hits, including "Ikinyafu,” "Saa Moya,” "Rosa,” and his latest collaboration "Pom Pom” alongside Diamond Platnumz and Brown Joel.

His reunion on stage with Sheebah represents a dynamic blend of Rwandan and Ugandan musical talent. Both artistes are known for high-energy performances that keep audiences fully engaged.

The event will be hosted by socialite Claudine Muyango, who will serve as MC for the night.

Belgium-based DJs including Princess Flor (Rwanda), Viscious (Uganda), and Saido (Burundi) are also set to perform, adding a regional flavour to the celebration.
