Equity Market This week the Rwanda OTC market activity resumed as the market recorded a turnover of Rwf 165,000 from 1000 KCB shares traded in one recorded transactions. The KCB share down Rwf7 from last week’s closing of Rwf 172. At the end of the session, there were no shares on offer or bids.

Equity Market

This week the Rwanda OTC market activity resumed as the market recorded a turnover of Rwf 165,000 from 1000 KCB shares traded in one recorded transactions.

The KCB share down Rwf7 from last week’s closing of Rwf 172. At the end of the session, there were no shares on offer or bids.

This week on the Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE), share traded down and volumes decreased compared to the previous week. KCB shares fluctuated between 22.50 Kshs (169 Rfw) high and 21.75Kshs (Rwf164) low.

On Thursday, a total of 259,100 shares were traded closed at 22.00 Kshs (171Rfw). The NSE All share index closed went up +1.32 to close at 79.75.

The Bond Market:

This week the bond market was quiet as no transactions were reported.  At the close of business, there were no buyers or sellers.

There were BCR bank bonds worth Rwf 150 million on offer at Rwf 100.50 but no buyers.
