MADE CALL: Rt. Rev Emmanuel Kolini

The Archbishop of the Province of the Church of Rwanda, Rt. Rev Emmanuel Kolini, has urged Anglican Ministers to preach and to foster peace among their congregations for national development.

Kolini made the call, Monday, during a three-day Unity workshop organised for the church pastors at St. Stephen public hall, in Nyarugenge District.

"As clergy, it’s your social obligation to teach peace and love values to society in an attempt to bail out Rwandans who were affected by the 1994 mayhem,” Kolini said.

"Rwandans should also stick to the biblical norms and try to love one another for the sake of community development.”
He noted that the church will continue spreading peace and reconciliation messages across the region for the good of Rwandans.

The clergyman also urged the ministers to help in the reconciliation of Rwandans for the sake of peace.
