Govt should fund school feeding programme

While I agree that parents should have some input in ensuring the success of the schoolchildren feeding programme in the 12-Year Basic Education schools nationwide - even though most of our people live from hand to mouth (or from garden to mouth) -, for now, the government should pick up the bill.
