[LETTERS] Design of our roads must be forward-looking
This is a good move. The rehabilitation of the Rusumo-Kayonza road is a long awaited project given the state of the road today. The road is narrow and older to serve the demand of the transportation sector that is booming in Rwanda and across the region.
