Editor,Reference is made to the letter that appeared in The New Times of April, 20 titled “Genocide memorial sites need renovation” by Enid Agatha.Agatha raised a legitimate point. Indeed, while it might not be easy to renovate them all at once due to shortage of resources, we can try to mobilise funds from all Rwandans and friends of Rwanda, and solve this problem once and for all.
