Genocide Memorial site set for a major facelift

KIREHE – A genocide memorial site based in Kirehe sector is set to get a major face lift expected to cost over Rwf 5 million. According to the Vice Mayor in charge of Social Affairs, Bernadette Kamungu, who doubles as the head of the task force to renovate the memorial, the paper work is completed and all is set to mobilize the contractor.
