It was an excellent weekend for Rwandans playing abroad as Noam Emeran continued his fine form for the Manchester United U21 with a brace against Leicester City.

Ian Muhire and Dorian Nyamushara were also on target in Belgium over the weekend.

England

Noam Emeran scored a brace and played full time for Manchester United U21 who were held to a 2-2 draw with Leicester City U21 in a Premier League 2 encounter at the Trafford Training Centre Stadium.

Morocco

Emmanuel Imanishimwe played full throttle for league leaders FAR Rabat who beat JS Soualem 2-1 to increase their chances of clinching their first Moroccan league title since 2007.

Sweden

Yannick Mukunzi played 63 minutes in Sandvikens’ 2-0 defeat to Vasalund at the Arena Jernvallen. Fellow countryman Lague Byiringiro did not make it on the squad list.

Rafael York returned to action after two weeks out with injury and played 62 minutes in Gefle IF’s 3-0 defeat to Vasteras at the Gavlevallen Stadium.

Elsewhere, attacker Kalebo Wimbabazi replaced William Berglin as Pitea IF lost 2-0 to Dalkurd while Gilbert Ishimwe featured for IFK Eskilstuna who lost 1-0 to Haninge.

Belgium

Mike Tresor Ndayishimiye was sent off in the 96th minute as leaders Genk lost 2-1 to Royal Antwerp.

Samuel Gueulette was extraordinary in midfield for promotion chasing Raal La Louviere who beat Rupel Boom 3-0.

In the U15 league, Ian Confiance Muhire scored the winner with a superb header as Genk beat bitter rivals Anderlecht 3-2.

In the same division, Zulte Waregem new signing Dorian Nyamushara was on target in their 2-1 victory over Club Brugge.

France

Warren Kamanzi was an unused substitute for Toulouse who played out a goalless draw 0-0 with Ajaccio in the Ligue 1.

Hakim Sahabo played the full 90 minutes for the Lille U19 side who were held to a 1-1 draw with Le Havre on May 7 in the Junior Championship.

Elsewhere in the Championnat Nationale, Irvyn Lomami played the entire match for Olympique Lyonnais’ second team who lost 4-2 to SC Toulon.

Norway

Ange Mutsinzi played 90 minutes for FK Jerv who lost 2-1 to Kongsvinger as goalkeeper Clement Twizere Buhake is expected to be in the post for Strommen IF against Stromsgodset II on Monday, May 8.

Josias King Furaha came in for Aksel Koster in the 57th minute as his team Flekkeroy IF lost 1-0 to IF Fram.Winger. Emmanuel Baru Gisa was also an 84th minute substitute for the winners.

Denmark

Sanders Ngabo was an unused substitute for Lyngby BK who beat FC Midtjylland 2-1.

Moldova

Midfielder Steve Rubanguka played 46 minutes for Zimbru Chisinau who travelled to hold league leaders FC Sheriff to a goalless draw.

UAE

Striker Patrick Mutsinzi was in action for Wahda U21 who beat Ajman U21 2-0 on Sunday, in the Reserve League.

Switzerland

In the Classic Liga, skipper Quentin Rushenguziminega tasted 90 minutes of action for FC Echallens who trashed Naters Oberwallis 4-1

Kenya

Central defender Emery Bayisenge was not part of the Gor Mahia squad that drew 0-0 with Wazito.

Cyprus

Kevin Monnet-Paquet was an unused substitute for league leaders Aris Limassol who recorded a 1-1 draw with AEK Larnaca

Luxemburg

Striker Glen Habimana was not in the match day squad of Rosport Victoria who lost 2-1 to Dudelange.
