Magda Cafe is tucked away at the back of Prester Building behind Bank of Kigali and Ikirezi library. Magda cafe is one of the most convenient places to be if you have a mobile office, want to spend quality time with that special someone or for a private business meeting. The place is super quiet, save for the slow ballads that hits your ears as you sip your favorite coffee or juice. The walls are littered with art paintings, the place sparkles, the whole setup and design is carefully crafted. They’ve got a couple of couches which gives this place a cozy feel.Their prices are average, as café au lait (freshly brewed Rwandan coffee with steamed milk and foam costs you Rwf2000 and a soda at Rwf700 .Their menu is more creative than most coffee shops around, though it shares lots of the same dishes which is a bit of a downer. On our visit, our order of curry chicken salads croissant; infusion of curry chicken salad, roasted pineapple, sliced tomatoes and lettuce. Accompanied by a glass of cocktail juice (passion, tree tomatoes, pineapple and mangoes) turned up to be better than we expected. Magda café‘s doors are open Monday to SaturdaysThe staff; attentive, smart and friendlyThe bad points; lack an outdoor sitting area. The good points; serene and the service is superb  The toilet; though quiet a trek to get to, they are clean.
