Controlling mood swings

Teenage mood swings at times is as a result of hormonal changes. When teenagers are going through the puberty phase, it’s difficult for them to come in terms with the changes.  They are affected mostly emotionally and understanding what is causing these changes will make it easier to face and will be able to handle the situation well.

Teenage mood swings at times is as a result of hormonal changes. When teenagers are going through the puberty phase, it’s difficult for them to come in terms with the changes.

They are affected mostly emotionally and understanding what is causing these changes will make it easier to face and will be able to handle the situation well.

Some of the things they can do include; talking to their parents about the different things going on in their lives. Your parents will always advise you on what to do since they have gone through the same stage at one point.

Express your emotions, it’s not good to keep what is bothering you within since it leads to these mood swings. Emotional ups and downs cause out busts thus your tagged a rebellious teenager.

Avoid worrying about the physical changes on your body. Remember everyone goes through what you’re expressing, there is time for everything in life.
Most teenagers especially girls tend to Skip meals so as to loose weight yet it affects their moods hence making them more irritable.

Always have enough rest since its one of the natural medication for the body. Limited rest leads to moodiness, gloominess, irritability. At least sleep 8hours daily.
Make many friends, usually loneliness leads to mood swings. Get friends to talk to about the different things that are going on in your life.
