Hawt! Hawt! Pssst!—embarrassment!

"She is damn HAWT (Hot)! When I looked at her my temperature raised that I could melt the North Pole,” Alex exclaimed. "When I set my eyes on her, deep in my heart I knew she was the one.”

Alex was totally amazed by the girl he had met. He told me that the only thing he knew about this girl is her name, Dora and that she lived in my sector (Kabeza).

I was kind of proud about that but I was aware that there are lots of beautiful girls in my neighborhood too. I didn’t give it much magnitude because people are always there and so much more, "beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.”

I recently got to know Alex from the company I work for; we supply goods [in wholesale] to Alex’s supermarket. He works as a cashier. I guess that’s where he saw Dora while she paid for her items.

Alex had a good personality. He was generally friendly and for sure, it seemed that this girl had hit him hard, kabisa—he must have developed a 5th chamber reserved specifically for Dora.

He was only yearning for the day they will ‘HOPEFULLY’ meet again.

Days passed by, l and my only sister Doreen went to church together on Saturday. My sister is a strong lady, confident, God-fearing, visionary and principled. She is so humble and sometimes I feel it’s too much. It nags me to the bone at times.

Basically, she is this girl that serious guys would love to keep as a wife; she is marriage material. Unfortunately, she is only in senior six. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that she is really pretty—blame this brother-sister ego—I wasn’t supposed to say that, because she would never say the same for me.

Anyhow, we happened to meet Alex on his way to work in the morning and I waved at him. He responded in a mixture of shock, happiness and hopelessness.

His reaction was kind of weird but I guessed such feelings are normal in the morning. My sister was laughing in the midst of the confusion, and when I asked her why she laughed, she kept quiet.

When I went to work on Monday, we had some USB cables, CPUs and PDAs we had to supply to Alex’s supermarket. My sister [Doreen] had to find me there towards 10:00 a.m because I had to buy her some chocolate (I had asked her to come to the supermarket where I supply the company’s goods).

So, when I reached there, Alex’s attitude towards me had totally changed! He looked like he wanted to swallow me alive and spit out my bones! Alex uttered a low discouraged, "hey” and in my heart I was like, ‘ookkeeey…take it easy Gisa (my name) you may get a blow.’

Instantly, my sister jumped in smiling majestically, with passionate love for her brother—this to someone else would look like we are in our honeymoon.lol.

Alex’s face went pale…for crying-out loud he faded to grayscale. For me, I personally didn’t know why he was acting so weird! So, I went on and asked him what was going on.

Before I could start a word—he asked, "How could you betray me? I mean, you know I had a crush on this girl! I LOVE DORA!”

Whoooa! In my confusion, my sister Doreen was capturing what was going on. Alex concluded and called me fake.
In a blink of an eye, my mind connected and I remembered that my sister Doreen likes to present herself as Dora! Hahahahaha, we both laughed (l and my sister)

"DORA IS MY SISTER ALEX!” We laughed again. For sure, I had never seen someone as EMBARASSED as Alex on that day. Lucky enough, they became close.
