Want this body...hit the road or gym!

These days it’s in vogue to be a member of a health club or gym. Everyone I know is reading, watching this or that about keeping in good shape.

Many people have actually become obsessed with keeping their bodies in shape

I often meet people of all ages jogging on the roads while those at work will not hesitate from changing into gym clothes, ready to get fit. I imagine many of us are tired of spending most of our hard-earned money treating ailments that would have been prevented if we had taken good care of our bodies.

Unfortunately, many will show you their back once you mention the gym or keeping fit.  Many women have been disappointed with the hoolabaloo of fitness because of their personal misconceptions. Because they failed to obtain the desired body effects of a work out, for them, the gym or hitting the road sucks!

That’s not all; other women are just perpetual lazy bones! They badly want to start working out because it is written in their New Year resolutions list; but they never get down to it! Tight schedules and busy lives are to blame for not joining the club.

Body fitness, irrespective of one’s circumstances, should be something that one cannot live or do without! Women especially need it all the way; at whatever age or place—yes place—just  stretch your hands, now, do the kengel, see? It’s important! It takes chutzpah!
