Al Hilal SC have appointed Congolese coach Guy Bukassa as head coach of the club's B Team and Youth Teams, reinforcing their long-term commitment to youth development.

Bukassa joins the Sudanese giants from DR Congo side St. Eloi Lupopo, where he established himself as one of Central Africa's most highly regarded young coaches.

He brings extensive experience from across the continent, having worked in the Rwanda Premier League, DR Congo's Linafoot, and with the DR Congo youth national teams.

One of Bukassa's biggest achievements came last season when he guided St. Eloi Lupopo to the group stage of the CAF Champions League for the first time in the club's history.

At Al Hilal, he will be tasked with overseeing the development of the club's emerging talent while strengthening the pathway between the academy, the B team and the senior squad.

Bukassa’s appointment forms part of Al Hilal's long-term strategy to build a sustainable pipeline of homegrown players capable of competing at the highest level in domestic and continental competitions.
