Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) Chief of Defence Staff, Gen Mubarakh Muganga, on Tuesday, June 23, presided over the graduation ceremony of the eighth intake of the Advanced Infantry Brigade Training at the Basic Military Training Centre in Nasho, Kirehe District.
The intensive four-month course was designed to enhance operational readiness, command and control, and tactical capabilities.

Muganga congratulated the graduates and conveyed a message from the President of the Republic and Commander-in-Chief of the RDF, Paul Kagame, in which he commended the work of the RDF and other Security Organs, expressed special appreciation to the graduates.
The military chief emphasized the critical role of advanced training in preparing soldiers to execute their responsibilities and respond effectively to emerging security threats.
He further highlighted that beyond technical and tactical skills, the course instilled a strong sense of military discipline and fundamental values that guide soldiers in upholding RDF standards, maintaining professionalism, and performing duties with integrity.
He urged the troops to apply both their newly acquired operational knowledge and the strict discipline developed throughout the training in the execution of their daily responsibilities.
