Two officers of the Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) graduated from the Indian Military Academy on Saturday, June 13. Officer Cadets Fils Niyikiza and Elie Ndagijimana were among 515 decorated Officers for having successfully completed the Regular Course and the Technical Graduate Course at the Indian Military Academy in Dehradun.
