You have had this over and over again and I will say it again; prevention is better than cure. This issue is about the different ways in which children can remain healthy.

The challenge is sticking to these healthy habits daily.
Of course eating well and exercising is obviously healthy, but children still play games in unsafe areas. Some of these are on the road, in dirty water when it rains and in a lot of mud. These places are dangerous especially on the roads where there are many speeding cars.

There are also many diseases got from dirt. Children should understand why it’s important to stay in a clean place and also keep their bodies clean. A clean environment will protect you from infectious diseases that come from dirty places.

It’s time for all children to learn how to always wash their hands after playing and before meals. All people including children have the responsibility to look after their bodies.

When we protect our bodies by keeping them clean, eating well and drinking lots of water, we become stronger.

You need to eat a balanced diet that includes plenty of fruits which protects your body from catching a cold. Children need to also drink a lot of water to cleanse your bodies.

If you do this daily, you will enjoy your lives because you are healthy. Stay safe, play safe and love safety.
