Nigerian music star Olamide is set to perform in Kigali at a concert scheduled for May 30 at Zaria Court.
The concert, dubbed Party Next Door: BAL Edition, t is positioned as part of the entertainment lineup surrounding the Basketball Africa League (BAL) payoffs which will take place at BK Arena from May 22-31.
The Motigbana hitmaker rose to prominence in 2011 with his debut album Rapsodi, released under Coded Tunes, which established him among Nigeria’s leading acts.
Known for tracks like Bobo and Infinity featuring Omah Lay, Olamide has built a sound that blends rap, street pop, and Afrobeats.
Beyond his solo career, he founded YBNL Nation, a label that has nurtured some of Nigeria’s most successful artists, including Fireboy DML.
He has remained active on the global stage, recently headlining a sold-out show at London’s OVO Arena Wembley—his first major solo UK concert in nearly a decade.
