‘Africa United’ shooting on

Rwanda Cinema Centre (RCC) has started filming, ‘Africa United’ a new movie about the upcoming 2010 FIFA World Cup. Africa United is a film about young children travelling to South Africa for the World Cup.

Rwanda Cinema Centre (RCC) has started filming, ‘Africa United’ a new movie about the upcoming 2010 FIFA World Cup.

Africa United is a film about young children travelling to South Africa for the World Cup. 

The film is being shot in Musanze, Northern Province.
Eric Kabera, RCC founder and film maker said, "we are poised for further growth and transition in the next five years with a number of exciting initiatives.” 

"This is a great opportunity for our students to gain experience in filming,” Kabera said. 

The shooting of ‘Africa United’ is in preparation for the Rwanda Film Festival this year in June. Over the last 10 years, RCC has become the mecca for Rwandan youth interested in film.
