There are The good thing about aerobic exercise is that it is fun to do. You can do aerobic routines while listening to music, watching television, or listening to educational or inspirational tapes.

Aerobics has a direct effect to three of the most important parts of the body; the lungs, muscles and the heart. When you consistently stick to your aerobics routine, you will not only see physical changes but, you will feel the change from within.

Dancing to aerobics requires that you wake up early in the morning when your body has rested. Aerobics help in weight loss, it eliminates and manage stress, stimulates the immune system and reduces the risk of certain diseases.

The body needs a certain amount of energy to maintain some basic functions such as breathing, blood circulation and for the functioning of body organs.

The heart receives more blood per beat; that means that the heart rate is reduced in times of relaxation and aerobics increases better cardiac functioning.

During aerobic dances the body burns fat and as a result the total body fat is reduced.

Usually after aerobics people feel tired but in the long run, their strength and the sense of well-being increases hence keeping fatigue away.

There is no better way than to start your day with aerobics. The energy, clear mind and healthy attitude is all a result of a vibrant early morning aerobic dance.
