Rwandan producer and singer Element Eleeeh will headline the upcoming Eid celebration edition of Uganda’s popular Comedy Store event in Kampala, sharing the stage with some of the country’s leading music stars.
The show will feature celebrated Ugandan artistes including Sheebah Karungi, King Saha, Rema Namakula and Mesach Semakula, among others.
Hosted by Ugandan comedian Alex Muhangi, the Comedy Store blends stand-up comedy with live music performances and regularly attracts audiences from across the region.
Diddy’s prison release date moved forward
American hip-hop mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs is expected to be released from prison earlier than previously scheduled.
According to reports by Page Six, Combs’ release date has been moved from June 4, 2028, to April 25, 2028, as confirmed by the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
The 56-year-old music executive is serving a 50-month sentence after being convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
His legal team is reportedly continuing efforts to appeal aspects of the sentence.
Bruno Mars returns with first solo album in nearly a decade
American singer-songwriter Bruno Mars has released his fourth studio album, The Romantic, marking his first solo project in nearly ten years.
The nine-track album, released on February 26 via Atlantic Records, features the lead single "I Just Might,” which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 — a first for the singer.
Another track, Risk It All, was released alongside an official music video co-directed by Mars and Daniel Ramos, and is currently streaming on YouTube.
