Maybe you have the urge to exercise but you find it almost impossible because you are young and you have no income.
You can’t pay to go to the gym or a swimming pool, yet you need to be fit like other people your age.
Well, here are some home exercises that will keep you fit.

Skipping/ Jumping Rope; all that you need is a skipping rope. For a start, you can skip for five minutes, preferably in the morning. As you get used, the period will automatically increase. Skipping gives you balance, it also rids your body of toxins as you sweat.

Stretching; it’s effective in the morning. Lean against the wall, raises your toes with arms up. Stretch as much as you can. You can also lie flat on your belly, with legs flat.
Stretch your hands as much as you can. Stretching gets rid of body pains, especially backaches and also lengthens the spinal code to give you a better look.

Jogging; Jogging is slow running. The distance doesn’t matter. Remember to always wear a sweater whenever you go jogging, it keeps in the heat that helps you to sweat.
Dancing; Apart from the fun of dancing, it is quite a good exercise. Dance to fast music, and make sure you use your whole body, legs, arms and the waist.

Dodge ball; All you need is a ball, a few flat rocks to gather and friends to play with. Whenever you dodge the ball, gather as many rocks one on top of the other, and when they are piled up, dodge again and dismantle them. Dodge ball is a great exercise for the back, legs and arms.

Somersaulting; Touch the ground with both arms and suspend your legs, straight on the wall. Stay in that position for a few minutes. If you do this every day, this exercise gives you balance and also perfects blood flow.

Good luck as you try out these exercises.
