Halloween lands this Friday, October 31, marking the eve of All Hallows’ Day, the centuries-old Christian observance that remembers saints, martyrs, and the faithful departed.
The tradition has evolved far from its solemn roots. Around the world, and now in Kigali, it’s a night when the eerie meets the playful and the city’s nightlife takes on a haunting edge.
