On Wednesday at around midday, a commuter taxi plate number RAA 178 A carrying Youths who were from attending closing ceremonies of Youth Itorero in Kigali was involved in a head-on collision with a Coaster bus plate number RAB 546W belonging to Volcano Express transport agency, which was heading to Kigali.
