Kitoko will perform on the same stage with Nigerian Afrobeat superstar Davido in Kigali at BK Arena on Friday, December 5.

UK-based Rwandan artiste Kitoko Bibarwa will join Nigerian Afrobeat superstar Davido to the stage during the latter&039;s ‘5ive’ tour concert in Kigali. The event is organized by Intore Entertainment and is sponsored by SKOL Malt.

The two firms are eager to turn up the excitement in Kigali ahead the concert which will take place at BK Arena on Friday, December 5.

Organisers of the concert told The New Times that Kitoko’s inclusion responds to fans who have been eagerly asking to see him perform at home again after over a decade in the United Kingdom.

As the official beer partner, SKOL Malt has launched the "Davido’s Ahanad Countdown”, a series of energetic bar activations and digital experiences designed to build excitement for the concert.

The countdown officially kicked off on Friday, October 17, at La Noche, during an invitation-only album listening party hosted by SKOL Malt and Intore Entertainment.

"It’s been a while since people started asking why we don’t bring legends back to the stage. Kitoko is one of those artists. We approached him, and he responded positively," Intore Entertainment CEO Bruce Intore said.

He’s been off the local stage for many years, and we believe that bringing him back this time is something special for his fans, a way to honor him and do justice to our music."

"We’ve been working with SKOL for quite some time, and our collaboration has always been successful. They believe in supporting talent, and having them as sponsors is truly special. We approached them, and they believed in us. We’re expecting an extraordinary show with live music. We want everyone to be happy, to experience it fully, and to have fun,” he added.

It will not be Davido’s first show in Kigali. The Grammy-nominated superstar is returning to the Rwandan capital for the fourth time in two years. He twice traveled to Kigali for Giants of Africa and the Trace Awards and Festival in 2023 and was most recently spotted in the city earlier this year during the Africa CEO Forum.

The 5IVE Alive Tour celebrates Davido’s fifth studio album, 5IVE, which dropped in April 2025. The 17-track album has been a worldwide success, blending Afrobeats with R&B, Reggaeton, and Dancehall.

The tour will arrive in Kigali after a successful North American leg and a homecoming concert in Nigeria scheduled for November.

His accomplishments include multiple MTV Awards, a BET Award, Soul Train Awards and The Headies to name just a few.

Communication officers at SKOL explained that exclusive nights ahead of the show will follow at top Kigali hotspots including Molato and Paddock, featuring the country’s trendiest DJs.

At each event, SKOL Malt fans can enjoy the music, the vibe, and stand a chance to win VIP, regular, and pre-event tickets to Davido’s 5ive Tour concert, along with branded giveaways.
