A story yesterday’s issue titled "UNAMID mourns fallen RDF soldiers”, there was a mix up on names of the five soldiers who lost their lives in the infamous attack in Darfur.

This was mainly due to two conflicting lists of the wounded and the dead that were sent to The New Times.

We have since established that the five soldiers who lost their lives are JEAN DAMASCENE HAKIZIMANA, YVES MUTIJIMA, FRANSCOIS SINDAYIGAYA, FELICIEN RUGAMBA and DOMINIQUE NTEZIYAREMYE.

The injured were NDAGIJIMANA DUKUZE, JOHN NSENGIYUMVA and MURWANASHYAKE DAMASCENE.
