This comes at a time when Kigali continues to remain among the top travel and tourism destinations, and a host of international meetings and events. In May, Kigali was ranked as the second most popular city for hosting international meetings and events, while Rwanda ranked third by the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA).
Radisson Blu Hotel and Convention Centre, Kigali has 18 meeting rooms, a maximum hosting capacity of 6,000 people, 29 guest rooms with 168 superior rooms, and a state-of-the-art auditorium.
It was also the third hotel in Sub-Saharan Africa to receive Safehotels Executive Level Certification, awarded by the Swedish-based company Safehotels Alliance AB. The certification signifies the hotel’s full compliance with the most stringent standards in personal safety, building security, fire safety, data security, and health.
