This effort is part of NCBA’s broader sustainability and education pillar, which aims to empower young learners and help them change the story of their lives through access to quality education.

According to NCBA, the bank values initiatives that foster sustainable social impact and community development. "We’re driving sustainability through green lending, EV infrastructure, and large-scale tree planting—but true impact lies in empowering our youth. That’s why we’ve committed to supporting education in Musanze, one of our fastest-growing communities—and as they continue to grow with us, we’ll continue to give back even more,” Maurice Toroitich commented. It believes that supporting education not only equips children with the knowledge and skills they need for the future but also strengthens families and communities.

The bank noted that by investing in programs that provide children and their parents access to learning resources and support, it is reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and demonstrating that empowering the next generation is central to creating lasting positive change.

"We are deeply thankful to NCBA for their support. By covering school fees and providing essential school needs, they are helping our children stay in school and truly change the story of their lives,” he added.
