The family of the late Francois RUBONEKA, regrets to announce the death of Bazigaga Scolastique RUBONEKA which took place in Kigali on November 26, 2009. Prayers will be held at their home in Kibagabaga Sunday November 29 at 10.00 and thereafter burial will take place in Remera Cemetery at 14.00.
