When you read ‘Hutu’ and ‘Tutsi’ in this article, remember that it is a label given to Rwandans by colonizers and emphasized by the first and second republics. We don’t subscribe to these labels.
Nowadays, there is a trend in Europe, where children of former African politicians, puppets of Western colonizers, are uniting to help destabilize their countries of origin. We have them in France, with the aim of sabotaging Burkina Faso, Mali, and Niger, and in Belgium to undermine the Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF) achievements.

Those who aim at undermining the RPF’s achievements are supported by the Kingdom of Belgium and have offices in Brussels. Their goal is to revive their fathers’ genocidal ideology and principles. They are determined to resuscitate their father’s vision, and ideology at whatever cost. A vision and ideology they subscribed to and that wants Rwanda framed along ethnic lines. A vision of the party of ‘our daddies’, the Republican Democratic Party for the Emancipation of Hutu (MDR-PARMEHUTU).

The idea is to stress that Rwanda belonged to what they called Hutu. Then strangers they called Tutsi came and enslaved the Hutu. MDR- PARMEHUTU, led by Grégoire Kayibanda and Dominique Mbonyumutwa liberated the Hutu from the enslavement of the Tutsi. Three decades years later, a group of strangers of the Tutsi from Uganda took power in their country. Today in Rwanda, the Hutu are sidelined and they should fight back to recover their country. That is their message.

The offspring of the former Rwandan politicians with that ideology, and who want to perpetuate it, met in Belgium on January 11, 2008, and founded an Association of Young People from the Great Lakes Region, abbreviated as Jambo Asbl. One of them, its former president, Placide Kayumba, for example, is a son of genocide convict Dominique Ntawukuriryayo who was sentenced by the now defunct International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) to 25 years in jail for his role in the massacre of more than 30,000 people in his area of authority, during the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
Robert Mugabowindekwe, its other president, is the son of Lt Col Ephrem Rwabalinda, a former adviser to the deputy chief of staff of the former Rwandan genocidal regime’s army (FAR), Col Laurent Serubuga. Léon Habyarimana, the second born son of ex-President Juvénal Habyarimana, joined Jambo ASBL in 2022 and became its treasurer.

Natacha Abingeneye, its other former leader, is the daughter of Juvénal Uwiringiyimana, a former Minister of Commerce and Industry and a senior member of the then ruling party, MRND. He was also the founder of Interahamwe militia in Kiyove Commune, Gisenyi, currently Rubavu District. Laure Uwase, another member, is the daughter of two known génocidaires, Anastase Nkundakozera and Agnes Mukarugomwa.

Others are the grand children of Dominique Mbonyumutwa, such as Ruhumuza Mbonyumutwa, Patrice Rudatinya Mbonyumutwa, and Gustave Mutware Mbonyumutwa.
Dominique Mbonyumutwa and Grégoire Kayibanda are the founders of PARMEHUTU political party and all its ethnic divisions.
They are the ones who wrote the "Bahutu Manifesto" in 1957. The "Hutu Ten Commandments" that was published in the December 1990 edition of the hate newspaper Kangura, was their work. Among these commandments, the first one prohibited Hutu to marry Tutsi women because: "Every Muhutu should know that a Mututsi woman, wherever she is, works for the interest of the Tutsi ethnic group.” But Dominique Mbonyumutwa and Grégoire Kayibanda married what they called Tutsi wives.

Although they were not alone, they are regarded as the heroes of the PARMEHUTU. That explains why Dominique Mbonyumutwa held the position of interim head of state after the republic was established, and replaced by Kayibanda, Rwanda's first elected president.
The son of Dominique Mbonyumutwa, Shingiro Mbonyumutwa was a Genocide fugitive who was a member of the MDR-Power extremist party. He died in February 2022, before facing justice. He served as Chief of Staff of Prime Minister Jean Kambanda during the 1994 Genocide.
Patrice Rudatinya Mbonyumutwa, who is based in Luxembourg was the Vice-president of the Belgian section of Victoire Ingabire's FDU-Inkingi Party.

Why does Belgium continue to support this organization despite its genocide ideology? There is a reason. It is Belgium that, in June 1957, helped Grégoire Kayibanda and Dominique Mbonyumutwa create the "Muhutu Social Movement”, based on the programme outlined by the "Bahutu Manifesto of March 1957, which they also helped to write.
In September of the same year, Belgium sent Grégoire Kayibanda to Brussels for a journalism course. But the real reason was to prepare him to launch their PARMEHUTU ideology. After his return to Rwanda, on September 26, 1959, he immediately created the Party for the Emancipation of the Hutu People (PARMEHUTU) on the basis of the Muhutu Social Movement. On January 28, 1961, he became Prime Minister of the Rwandan Republic, led in interim by Dominique Mbonyumutwa.
By supporting JAMBO ASBL, Belgium promotes its exported ideology, and still thinks that it still has a chance to change the course of history in Rwanda, by resuscitating it, through the offsprings of leaders they installed in Rwanda by force. But they are deemed to fail, because, as their fathers failed with their genocide ideology, these offsprings will never prevail.
The son of the first Rwandan President, Pie Kayibanda, who died on August 3, 2020, in Brussels, and who probably refused to join Jambo ASBL at its creation, once said: "Beware of people who never have shame! They are very dangerous.”
Was he referring to Jambo ASBL?
