Tucak-time to go

Any ambitious coach would not think twice about quitting his job should he fail to deliver. For now, it is not clear where Amavubi Stars head coach Branko Tucak lies.As far as qualification for next year’s Africa Nations Cup (CAN) is concerned, it is over for Rwanda. On Saturday, Rwanda needed to win Zambia by a two-goal margin to qualify but in all honesty, I did not want us (Rwanda) to qualify because we did not deserve to.

Tucak

Any ambitious coach would not think twice about quitting his job should he fail to deliver. For now, it is not clear where Amavubi Stars head coach Branko Tucak lies.

As far as qualification for next year’s Africa Nations Cup (CAN) is concerned, it is over for Rwanda. On Saturday, Rwanda needed to win Zambia by a two-goal margin to qualify but in all honesty, I did not want us (Rwanda) to qualify because we did not deserve to.

Our performances have been below par throughout the campaign. How could we only manage two points from a possible 18! That is enough to give you a picture of how little Tucak has done for Amavubi.

Sometimes, teams lose even after playing well but for Amavubi, the performances have always been lackluster. No flair, no coordination.

On this note, I strongly believe that it is time to boot out our Croat coach and perhaps bring in John Barnes.
