It’s a shame that a Kenyan Appeal Court has decided, through a ruling, to unfreeze the Kenyan assets of one of the most wanted men in Africa, nay, the world.
Felicien Kabuga is evading justice because he has the monetary means to bribe and coerce those who attempt to apprehend him.
I know that there are various legalistic reasons why the judge decided to unfreeze the assets; however, I believe that he was morally wrong to do so.
