Trust should be for real in relationship

“I have all the hope and trust in you and that’s the very reason for the love I have for you,” this is one of the many ways some partners feel when expressing their feelings for their loved ones. Surely, expression of trust does not only impress female partners, but also some males who equally value it.

a happy couple

"I have all the hope and trust in you and that’s the very reason for the love I have for you,” this is one of the many ways some partners feel when expressing their feelings for their loved ones.

Surely, expression of trust does not only impress female partners, but also some males who equally value it.

Although it may be perceived differently, I must say the one who makes the statement, is most likely to capture and win someone’s mind. And in that direction, the relationship appears to be just at the expected height.

The excitement, that comes with being trusted, is highly valued and leads both partners into developing confidence in one another. At this moment, every statement made, sounds sweet and new to both.

These will carry on for as long as time allows. Indeed, the wish is that the relationship should continue in this direction. but sometimes it does not come as expected.

Time to curse, and regret the very first day the two met also comes; it’s indeed this time to realise that all the sweet words of trust were just flattery.

Many negative suspicions come-up eventually, leading to circumstances that were never expected. Ones` true colours are exposed. This is time to fully understand, whether the trust was mutual in the first place.

My friend Becky, says that some partners will only trust each other for as long as they are together. She explains that some people, do not trust others in their absence.

"It is easier said than done. It is therefore easy for a partner to trust another, at that particular moment when they are together,” she says.

She also notes that in most cases, other people use these words as a winning mechanism and after dumping their seasonal lovers.

Contrary to Becky’s comments, Emma says that trust is real but sometimes, others lose it due to bad conduct that partners develop after time.

"It is not possible to continue trusting someone who has changed his or her mind about the original plans of a relationship,” he said adding that to play safe, it is advisable to tell the truth whenever some thing wrong is believed to be going on.

He added that "being open in telling someone the truth, about what he feels in relationship, is far better than pretence which can easily turn to be dangerous in the long run.”

Trust is something very important not only in a relationship, but in all we engage in.  It is therefore very important to maintain it- that is if you are trusted. However, it should also be noted that people do not trust others within a very short time.
