Rayon's star player Hadji Iraguha is said to be on his way to APR.

Burundi international left-back Prince Michel Musore has signed a two-year deal with Rayon Sports, joining from Vital'o FC (Burundi).

The 26-year-old arrives as a replacement for Hakim Bugingo, who has declined to extend his contract with the Blues.

Bugingo is reportedly in the final stages of negotiations with APR FC, where he is expected to sign a two-year contract worth Rwf 15 million as a signing bonus.

Musore’s arrival comes at a time when Rayon Sports are strengthening their squad in preparation for a competitive upcoming season in the CAF Confederation Cup, Rwanda Premier League, Heroes Cup, and Peace Cup.

Musore is seen as a direct replacement for Bugingo, who has been a key figure in the club&039;s recent campaigns.

Rayon are also reportedly in talks with midfielder Abedi Bigirimana, who has completed his contract with Police FC. Bigirimana allegedly turned down a Rwf 15 million advance from Police and is negotiating a Rwf 30 million deal with Rayon.

Midfielder Oben Uwumukiza is also reportedly set to join Rayon from Mukura, with the club finalising terms. Meanwhile, Ghanaian midfielder Joseph Sackey has already agreed to terms with the Blues, joining from Muhazi United.

In the technical department, retired goalkeeper Eric ‘Bakame’ Ndayishimiye is set to return to Rayon Sports as a goalkeeper coach, while former SC Kiyovu tactician Mosengo Tansele is also close to joining Rayon, with talks said to be in the final stages.

Elsewhere, winger Hadji Iraguha, one of Rayon’s top performers last season, is in advanced talks with APR FC. Like Bugingo, Iraguha declined to extend his contract with Rayon. Last season, he scored five goals and provided five assists, playing effectively on both flanks.

APR are also eyeing defender Razak Simpson from Ghana’s Nations FC and are in negotiations with Benin international midfielder Dodo Dokou, who most recently played for Smouha FC in Egypt.

Ghanaian midfielder Joseph Sackey is among the new players expected to be announced soon by Rayon Sports.
