The development was announced by the US Embassy in Rwanda in midweek as preparations are far advanced for their arrival this Saturday.
Fennell and Neimanas are two athletes who have achieved a lot of accolades in their career. Fennel is the first African American pro triathlete in the U.S. while Neimanas is a professional cyclist.
They will hold clinics and symposiums for cyclists in Rwanda and also focus on exchanging industry expertise on the commercial aspects of sports diplomacy in general.
