Physical Education is necessary

Sometimes games and sports are not seriously taken at school. However, it’s important to note the relevance and importance in the right up-bringing of children.

Surely the two are significant to child development be it mental or physical. That is the reason why Physical Education (P.E) is indicated on your class timetable or school programme.

There are many games that children can play although these vary with ability and interest.

However, there are games that are challenges for children to think hard. This is one way of building their mind sets and reasoning capacity.

For example chess is one of those games that will shape a child’s ability to make quick and informed decisions in life.

With such an over worked brain, it’s also good to join other outdoor sports for physical exercise. Sports are not only good for physical exercises but also a source of interaction for among children.

It’s a time that children with different abilities and talents meet and make new friends. In so doing they share their experiences as they find solutions to their challenges.
