HUYE - Business Communication Solution Association (B.C.S TUVUGANE) has introduced new phones for its dealers in the district. 

The new phones that will enable dealers to access airtime cards wherever they are, as is the case with mobile phone users, have been long overdue causing anxiety among dealers who had surrendered their old sets for replacement. 

Jeanette Uwibambe, the field officer of B.C.S TUVUGANE, in the province said the delay was caused by a new operating system that was being installed in order to improve service delivery to their clients. 

The old system required a dealer to pay for the airtime cards in the bank, before going to a local B.C.S TUVUGANE office with a pay-slip to have airtime transferred to their phones. 

"The new system will be advantageous for our clients.  They will no longer be obliged to come to recharge their phones at the office but they will buy cards in their work areas,” Uwibambe said. 

Jean Sindambiwe, one of Tuvugane dealers in Save Sector, Gisagara District appreciated the new system, saying it would simplify their work.

"Sometimes I would go to the bank and find network problems. If this system is successful, I will buy cards nearer and whenever I need them,” he said.  

B.C.S-TUVUGANE is a private communication association operating countrywide through the MTN network.

Its core objective is helping people living in countryside access telephone communication more easily.
