The Rwanda Over The Counter Market (OTC) on Monday recorded no transaction and last week shares traded at the price of Rwf160.

Friday on the Nairobi Stock Exchange, the KCB shares traded within the range of Kshs22.75 (Rwf169) and Kshs21.75 (Rwf162) and closed at Kshs22.25 (Rwf166).

A total of 415,200 shares were traded .The NSE All share index closed at Kshs69.14.

Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE) and Uganda Securities Exchange (USE) did not trade KCB shares.

The Bond Market:

The bond market was quiet as no transactions were recorded.

At the close of the business, Rwf2 billion worth of Government bonds were on offer (sellers) at Rwf99.8 and there were two bids (buyers) of Rwf2 billion and Rwf5 million for the same bonds at 94.00 and 97.80, respectively.

There were also BCR bank bonds worth Rwf150 million on offer at Rwf 100.50.
