TotalEnergies star rider Joris Delbove took the Tour du Rwanda 2025 yellow jersey away from his teammate Fabien Doubey after winning Stage 4 in Karongi on Thursday, February 27.
Delbove covered 95.1km from Rubavu to Karongi in 2 hours, 27 minutes, and 20 seconds. He now leads the race with 12 hours, 24 minutes, and 57 seconds, just two seconds ahead of Doubey.
TotalEnergies continued their strong performance but Israel-Premier Tech remains so close in the running with their main man Brady Gilmore, who won Stage 3 from Musanze to Rubavu, now trailing in 4th place with 8 second shy of the race leader.
Rwandan rider Vainqueur Masengesho improved his position, moving from 11th in Stage 3 to 9th in Stage 4. He is now 29 seconds behind the stage winner.
