Rayon Sports will be without captain Kevin Muhire for their Rwanda Premier League (RPL) match against Amagaju on Saturday, February 21, at Huye Stadium. The attacking midfielder is sidelined with a hamstring injury.

Muhire told Times Sport that he could be out for up to two weeks.

"I hope my teammates will do everything to win,” he said.

He sustained the injury during Tuesday’s Peace Cup match against Rutsiro FC on February 18, forcing him off in the 32nd minute.

Muhire has been a standout performer this season, providing 11 assists and showcasing his creativity in the league.

Rayon Sports currently leads the table with 40 points.
