Valentine’s Day in Kigali gets a musical touch as DJ Anita Pendo and Caspi gear up to headline the Love and Cheers Valentine’s Soirée. Set for February 14 at 248 Events in Gikondo, the evening promises a mix of entertainment, luxury, and celebration.

Organized by LiwiseGroup Limited, this year’s edition will be hosted by MC and DJ Anita Pendo, alongside DJ Caspi, saxophonist Nick Dimpoz, and vocalist Diaze. The lineup aims to create an immersive experience, blending live music, DJ sets, and a romantic ambiance.

"We recognize that Valentine’s Day is for everyone, whether single or in a relationship. This year, our event offers an opportunity to make new connections and create lasting memories, bringing couples and singles together to celebrate love and music,” said one of the event organizers.

To add an extra spark to the night, organizers will reward the best-dressed couple and those celebrating wedding anniversaries with exclusive surprises, including paid vacations.

Guests are encouraged to embrace the theme by wearing coordinated red or black outfits, enhancing the event’s atmosphere of romance and sophistication.

Beyond the music, the soirée includes a lavish dinner, drinks, and interactive games, ensuring a mix of entertainment. Early bird tickets are available on Liwise.sinc, priced at Rwf40,000 for singles, Rwf70,000 for couples, and Rwf300,000 for a table of six.

Anita Pendo, the event’s host, is a well-known media personality and one of Rwanda’s pioneering female DJs. Her career spans radio, TV, and live performances, earning her multiple accolades, including the prestigious ‘African Female Radio Presenter of the Year’ award at the 2023 Ladies in Media Awards in Ghana.
