PERFECT WEEKEND....
Augustine Bashabe is in charge of ICT at the Ministry of Health. He says he sometimes gets time to relax during the week.
He however says he makes sure the weekend is perfect for him. He tells us how:
I start the weekend on Friday after work. I never rush home but immediately link-up with my colleagues at any place of our interest.
On closer observation, Hilltop Hotel is the place where Friday evening gets me.
Saturday morning I spend some time at my work place although not compulsory. Depending on the programme set, I have lunch at a restaurant of my choice.
I however check on my relatives up-country or some few friends within Kigali.
On Sunday I sometimes go to church, get some free time at home but spend the evenings either at Ouberge Sauna just opposite the airport at Kanombe or go for sports, usually swimming.
I never go-out on Sunday because I have to take more time to concentrate on some work at home.
That’s what makes my weekend perfect.
