Former Sunrise FC coach Innocent Seninga claims the level of the teams in the Primus National League is almost the same as not a single side proved to be unstoppable over the course the first round.

The experienced tactician has, who is out of job since June, has been closely following the league from the stands and, from his observation, he stressed the teams have been showing the same quality football on the pitch.

"The first round has not been bad but no team is stronger than the other. They are almost at the same level," Seninga told Times Sport.

"We are hoping the second round we can have clear favorites for the title because, as it stands now, each of the teams in the top six have a fair chance to win the title."

APR FC are the only team that finished the first round of the league unbeaten. They are top of the log with 33 points from 15 games, two points clear of Vincent Mashami’s Police FC while Musanze FC are third with 29 points.

Rayon Sports have an uphill task to cut their six-point gap to the top, having finished the first round in fourth place with 27 points.
