Police FC coach Vincent Mashami is keen to see his team overcome SC Kiyovu on Friday, October 20, at Kigali Pele Stadium in the eighth day of Rwanda Primus League.

Police is fifth with 10 points, two behind SC Kiyovu who are third place, and a win will move Mashami’s side to fourth place with 13 points.

"We’re focused on winning the game on Friday, which would help us close in on the teams ahead of us. We had a good first half of the season but we are determined to do even better in the second round,” Mashami said.

"Our biggest weakness has been inconsistency but hopefully, we can restart to put together a decent run of good performances and get good results, starting with Kiyovu.”

Musanze, on top of the table, will visit Muhazi United, looking to extend their winning streak and ward off pressure from APR who sit second with 14.

Amagaju is in third place with 13 points, and Kiyovu in fourth position with 12 points.
