It will feature the top ten competitors who would have made it through the preliminaries the previous day. Entrance fee is Rwf1500 with guest appearances from other artists. The event will start at 2pm and end at 9pm. Black Party at Papyrus ClubIt will be a Red Carpet affair on December 28 when the "Black Party” is hosted at Papyrus Club.
