. Platini and Mujyanama have been friends since childhood and both are university graduates. They compose their own songs, which are produced in Uganda and Rwanda. They are managed under the label Kina Music.

The duo also has collabos with local and regional artistes. They include No one like me with Ugandan Eddie Kenzo, Nzagaruka with Burundian T-Max, and Rwanda uri Nziza with Rwanda’s Kitoko among others.

The Dream Boys say they are inspired by artistes Miss Jojo and Tom Close, as well as Tanzania’s Ali Kuba. Dream Boys took fourth place in the annual Primus Guma Guma Super Star talent competition 2013.
