FIDELE Nyirimana, the newly appointed head coach of University of Tourism Technology and Business Studies (UTB) volleyball club, has set his sights on winning the league title with the varsity side.
The former Gisagara head coach signed a three-year contract with UTB over the weekend.
Having finished third – behind champions Gisagara and REG – in the league last season, the Kicukiro-based hope Nyirimana will inspire them to their first ever league title in the 2018/2019 season.
And, speaking to Times Sport yesterday, Nyirimana vowed to help his new club achieve their ambition.
“I am happy to join UTB as head coach, they are a team with good players and great ambitions and winning them the league title is my top priority,” he said.
The veteran libero also revealed that he will need to sign a few players to reinforce his squad.
