Being vegetarian equals long life
If you can’t imagine a day without meat, you are a misguided and obsession meat eater. You present all the lame excuses as to why you can’t live without it and as you get comfortable with that fad status, others will choose health as your darling meat kills you slowly by slowly.
Calling meat a treacherous delicacy is neither an overestimation nor underestimation. Since history, “being vegetarian,” has been the broader way to long life. Anyway, is it not self explanatory that humans prefer living for the moment than a fulfilled future?
Who wants to see their great grand children? Become vegetarian. If you are still at the fence of either being vegetarian or remaining with your meat addiction, here is why you should be vegetarian, and for this matter, happily vegetarian.
Vegans are healthier because they do not depend on animal fat for proteins! A diet filled with fruits ,vegetables and fibre not only provide vitamins and proteins but also reduce the risks of suffering from incurable diseases like cancer, lung related illnesses, blood pressure, diabetes,….the list is endless.
Eating fruits and vegetables daily, people attain healthy skin. Those who feed on fatty meat move from clinic to clinic searching for answers to their terrible acne, yet all they need to do is eat avocado and other fruits with antioxidants are to have the best skin.
Why take in animal cells and fats when there is an option? Vegetables and fruits are chemically free. Even a primary kid can tell that less chemicals mean a less complicated life. Indeed an apple a day will always keep the doctor away. Don’t be deceived, those animal growth hormones will only harm your body.
And when they speak of sadists I couldn’t think of any, other than meat-eaters. Who says there are no vegetarian dishes that can make a party fun? Vegetarian chilli, vegetarian casserole…., taste better than meat.
Cheese, ghee, eggs, teamed with fruits and vegetables bear multiple values for the body, incomparable to meat.
Tradition, the taste, parties and all the other lame reasons shouldn’t be an excuse for consuming meat.
The consequences of eating meat incessantly are enough to make one under-look all those silly causes. May be when you have to pay with a relative’s life or your own is when you will realize how meat is a blunder, right from the start.
Choose the healthier path to life, through a meat-free life or continue digging your own grave, as you intoxicate your body with meat, who cares?
