Alex Kabanda is one of the most active Rwandan boys with a bright future. He is currently organising the Christmas party for Never Again Rwanda Clubs across Rwanda’s schools and this is what he had to say.

I am someone who believes in handwork and self sacrifice.
What motivate you?
My desire is to see that the world is a better place for everyone.
Tell us about the event you are organising?
It’s a charismas party that will bring together all the Never Again Rwanda Clubs country wide!
Why Never Again?
We as members of Never Again Rwanda’s school clubs have been working on a number of projects in our respective societies and we shall be meeting to share experiences and also plan for the New Year.
How does someone become a member of this school club?
You have to join one of the clubs or start a new club at school or your community ans and then register the club with Never Again Rwanda and this is all for free.
What are some of the activities that Never Again Clubs do?
We organise fundraising concerts to raise funds for genocide survivors and also fight the genocide ideology through debates and drama in schools.
When is the big event?
It will be on November 14, 2010.
Any final words?
I encourage all the youth to stand up and try to get involved in their societies.
