What’s wrong with the Ministry of Education?

Editor, While I have a fair view on the most recent mini -cabinet reshuffle, I have found myself gnashing my teeth on why the ministers in the Education Ministry are ever in news papers with titles such as “Gahakwa dropped” and “Mutsindashyaka resigns”.
